Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and placed securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
